Three lines, one company.
Creweng Water & Heat maps the water, the heat and the obligations of a site and drafts the plant that follows. Industrial AI Assurance produces evidence of what an AI agent may and may not do on plant. AgileGypsy, a Creweng division, builds the agents, knowledge graphs and document pipelines behind engineering work, Creweng's own included. Every product on every line is a fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call; there is no public price list. The ventures Creweng is building alongside the lines are on their own page.
The lines
- Water, heat and plant
Creweng Water & Heat
The water, the heat and the obligations of a site, written down before design starts.
A ladder of desk-based studies for data-centre developers and operators, EPC and environmental consultancies, utilities and heat networks: from a cited obligations brief for one site to a feasibility study with an engineer of record. Cooling water and heat reuse are judged by an engineer; every regulation line carries its citation. Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

Industrial AI Assurance
Evidence of what an AI agent may and may not do on your plant.
Read-only, fixed-price assurance for vendors and operators connecting LLM copilots and agents to plant, SCADA and MCP-linked data: probe suites run against the agent, a review of each tool's permissions, and findings mapped to the regulation packs that apply. A report says which probes of which suite version passed; it is evidence, not a certificate. Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

AgileGypsy, a Creweng division
Industrial AI for engineering work, with its limits in code.
Creweng's AI division builds agents, knowledge graphs, harnesses and document pipelines for utilities, water and wastewater, heat, plant and data centres, and for the consultancies and contractors that serve them. It also builds and runs the agent fleet and document pipeline behind Creweng's own briefs, dossiers and design packs: Creweng Water & Heat works through that pipeline, and Industrial AI Assurance tests and evidences AI connected to plant, including systems the division did not build. Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

The dated reasons
The dates are set.
- Germany · Energy Efficiency Act
Germany's Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG) requires new data centres to reuse 10% of their energy from 1 July 2026, 15% from 2027 and 20% from 2028.
Source: Bright & Green (opens in a new tab) - France · EED Article 26(6)
Article 26(6) of the Energy Efficiency Directive imposes a waste-heat cost-benefit duty above 1 MW; France sets a cost-benefit deadline of 1 October 2027.
Source: Scienceshot (opens in a new tab) - EU · AI Act, high-risk obligations
The high-risk obligations apply from 2 December 2027.

How an engagement runs
Scoped in a call. Priced in writing. Reviewed before release.
- 01
Scoping call
A short call about what you are deciding. A fixed price in writing follows; nothing starts until it is agreed. There is no hourly rate and no public price list.
- 02
Desk study
The brief, the probe run or the pack is produced on the platform, remotely, with every regulation line cited and marked analysis, not advice.
- 03
Review
The output is reviewed before it leaves: Tony, a principal engineer, for water, heat and plant; John for agents, graphs and assurance.
- 04
Hand-over
A document your team can work from, a revision trail you can check later, and a re-run or a watch if the rules or the model change.
Engagements are contracted and delivered by Creweng, LLC. Where a seal, a HAZOP study or a site visit is required, a locally registered engineer of record supplies it; Creweng does not seal.
