AgileGypsy, a Creweng division
AI capabilities

AgileGypsy is the AI division of Creweng.

An AI, agents and graphs studio, and a trading name of Creweng, LLC rather than a company of its own. On creweng.com its focus is industrial AI for engineering work; this page lists the rest of what it does, and the agents and tools it has built, each with a link to its full page on agilegypsy.com.

Part of Creweng, LLC

  • A division of Creweng, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company
  • Work bought here is contracted and invoiced by Creweng, LLC
  • Delivered remotely, in English, to clients in the UK, the EU and the US
  • Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

Capabilities

The same methods, for AI systems of any kind.

Each is sold through Creweng, LLC: scoped in a call and priced in writing. Its full page on agilegypsy.com has the detail.
  • Agent harness engineering

The model is the processor; the harness is the operating system.

Agents built with their boundaries in code: tool schemas, permissions and hooks, context and memory, budgets and approval points, all checked before the model acts. A known-answer set from your own questions is re-run after every change, and a deploy fails when the result drops.

  • Data ingest and graphing

A graph of your data, and the agents that read it.

Documents, records and code modelled as one knowledge graph that your agents share, built the same way from the same data on every run. Agents read a versioned, read-only snapshot, and retrieval is measured on your own questions rather than judged by feel.

  • Compliance engineering for AI

Compliance compiled into the build, not filed in a document.

Obligations mapped to controls and evidence, the rules an agent runs on kept in one place, and the line it must not cross written as a test that fails the build. Every regulatory line carries its authority tier (settled statute, draft guidance or no authority found) and is analysis, not advice.

  • Adversarial testing and governance review

Attack it before your customers do.

A threat model per agent, a probe suite run against it, a person working the failures, and a review of identity, mandates, tool scopes and the audit trail. Findings map to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications and the agentic Top 10, with severity, a fix and a re-test, on authorised targets only.

  • Integrations, onboarding and care

Everything around the agent that makes it work.

Content and data onboarding, integrations with the calendar, CRM, helpdesk and email you already run, and MCP tools built to your systems with rate limits and an audit trail. An evaluation retainer re-runs the known-answer set after launch, so quality does not decay unnoticed.

  • Governed delivery

AgilePM, for work where the scope, the technology and the rules move at once.

Fixed time, cost and quality with variable scope, MoSCoW priorities, change by written request against fixed timeboxes, and a business case re-tested every increment, including the option to stop. It is how the division runs work that needs a plan, timeboxes and quality gates.

Built by the division

Agents and tools, each with its stage.

Live: it runs on agilegypsy.com today. Built to order: no instance runs yet.
  • AI Scoping Agent

    Live

Turns an enquiry into a scoped requirements pack before anyone books a call.

A conversation on a website, or through a customer's own AI over MCP, that asks what a consultant would ask and writes the scope; it can offer only what is in the catalogue it is given. The scoping tool on this site's contact page is built on it.

  • AI Support Agent

    Live

Answers from your own documentation, with a citation, and hands off when a person is needed.

Retrieval finds both the exact term and the paraphrase, every answer cites the page it used, and the agent says so when it does not know. Its advice boundary is code with its own tests, checked before the model sees the question; the Guide on this site is built on it.

  • Lead-Gen Agent

    Live

Engages, qualifies and books inbound leads as they arrive.

It qualifies against your own criteria, books into your calendar and hands off to your CRM. A lead is captured only after a consent statement is shown, and the statement's version is stored with the record.

  • Boundary Test

    Live

A fixed suite of probes for the AI on your website, scored by rules you can read.

It sends set test messages (advice it must decline, prices it must not promise, instructions it must not follow, details it must not repeat) and reports which probes of which suite version passed. Proof of ownership comes before any live run, and a short suite can be run without an account.

  • Knowledge Copilot

    Built to order

Your team's documents, wikis and data in one conversation, with sources.

An internal assistant that answers across your own documents, wikis and data with a citation. Permissions are checked inside the retrieval query, so a document a person may not open never reaches their answer.

  • AI Voice Agent

    Built to order

Answers calls, qualifies callers, books appointments and routes the rest to a person.

A phone agent on your number, with your script, that offers only the slots that exist for the right service, person and branch. A call it cannot finish goes to a person with a summary of the conversation so far.

The links open the division's own site, agilegypsy.com, which describes each item in full and may show terms for other markets. Work bought through creweng.com is scoped, priced and contracted by Creweng, LLC.

How it is delivered

Governed delivery, from the scope to the hand-over.

The division runs its work on AgilePM, the DSDM agile project framework, adapted for systems where the scope, the technology and the rules move at once.
  • The price and the dates hold

Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call. Time, cost and quality are fixed when the price is agreed; the scope is what flexes, through MoSCoW priorities set with you at the start.

  • Change by written request

Every change arrives as a written request against a fixed timebox, is logged, and is re-scored before it is accepted.

  • Risks reviewed every increment

Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are scored on probability and impact and reviewed at each increment. Oversight is by exception, so an escalation is a signal rather than a standing meeting.

  • Gates and separated duties

Each phase ends at a quality gate, and whoever built a component does not review it. Where the division built a system that Industrial AI Assurance later tests, the report says so.

  • A business case that is re-tested

The reason for the work is checked again at every increment, and stopping is one of the options.

  • Handed over in your repository

Everything is code and tests in your repository, with the evaluation set beside it: keep the division on a retainer to run it, or take it in-house.
