The branded house

One company, its divisions as trading names.

One legal entity, one domain, divisions as trading names. Every contract is with Creweng, LLC.
  • Parent
    Creweng, LLC

The one contracting party: contracts, invoices, trade marks, domains and the bank account.

  • Division
    Creweng Water & Heat

Siting, water and heat-reuse obligations, feasibility studies and plant design packs for data-centre developers and operators, utilities, consultancies and heat networks.

  • Division
    AgileGypsy, a Creweng division

Industrial AI for engineering work: agents, knowledge graphs, harnesses and document pipelines for utilities, water, heat, plant and data centres, and the agent fleet behind Creweng's own briefs, dossiers and design packs. Industrial AI Assurance is its line for AI connected to plant.

  • Division
    Creweng BioDormant

Bioponics and heat-to-food loops as designs, data and licences; dormant until a pilot exists.

The three lines and the ventures

What the company sells, and what it is building.

  • Creweng Water & Heat

A ladder of desk-based studies for data-centre developers and operators, EPC and environmental consultancies, utilities and heat networks: from a cited obligations brief for one site to a feasibility study with an engineer of record. Cooling water and heat reuse are judged by an engineer; every regulation line carries its citation. Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

  • Industrial AI Assurance

Read-only, fixed-price assurance for vendors and operators connecting LLM copilots and agents to plant, SCADA and MCP-linked data: probe suites run against the agent, a review of each tool's permissions, and findings mapped to the regulation packs that apply. A report says which probes of which suite version passed; it is evidence, not a certificate. Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

  • AgileGypsy, a Creweng division

Creweng's AI division builds agents, knowledge graphs, harnesses and document pipelines for utilities, water and wastewater, heat, plant and data centres, and for the consultancies and contractors that serve them. It also builds and runs the agent fleet and document pipeline behind Creweng's own briefs, dossiers and design packs: Creweng Water & Heat works through that pipeline, and Industrial AI Assurance tests and evidences AI connected to plant, including systems the division did not build. Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call.

  • Design-Pack Factory

    In development

Engineer-reviewed design packs for package and containerised plant, drafted by agents from a requirements sheet. In development.

  • Creweng Bio

    Research

Bioponics and heat-to-food loops as designs, data and licences, never owned farms. Dormant until a pilot exists.

People

Two founders.

What is written here is what the company's own register confirms; nothing more is claimed.
  • Tony Wellard

Co-founder; principal engineer (mechanical and process)

Leads Creweng Water & Heat: the site, water and heat judgement in every brief and dossier, and the engineering review of every design pack before it leaves.

  • John Wellard

    Co-founder; AI, agents and delivery

Runs the platform and AgileGypsy, a Creweng division: the agents, the graphs, the assurance work and the delivery method behind every engagement.

    • APMG AgilePM Practitioner and Foundation
    • PRINCE2 Foundation
    • APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)
    • Founder of AgileGypsy Labs, the AI, agents and graphs studio
    • Built and runs the Guide (the assistant on this site), the scoping agent and the lead agent
    • Designed, built and ran a commercial aquaponics farm, and designed and ran a mushroom farm
    • Package water and wastewater plants, including a rotating-biological-contactor replacement at a sewage treatment plant in Hong Kong and package plants for a wildlife estate and a private hospital at Hoedspruit, South Africa

How work is delivered and reviewed

The standards every output leaves under.

Whichever line produced it.
  • Regulation outputs

Every line carries analysis, not advice, the authority tier and the as-at version. No claim of completeness; the change feed is the product.

  • Assurance reports

They say which probes of which suite version passed, and nothing stronger. Proof of ownership before any run; authorised targets only; read-only; no OT penetration testing; an audit-independence disclosure where Creweng designed the system it tests.

  • Engineering drafts

Delivered for engineer-of-record review and adoption, reviewed against a checklist, with a document register and revision log on every pack. The HAZOP study itself is run by a human team. Creweng does not seal.

  • Copilots and agents

Advisory only and read-only, with no control write-back. An assistant on this site says it is an AI when asked.

  • Data

UK and EU GDPR processing terms where personal data is in scope; no client data trains a shared model without written consent.

  • Price

Fixed price, quoted after a short scoping call. No hourly rate and no public price list.

Tell us what you are deciding.

A siting brief, a probe run against an agent, a harness or a graph, a design pack: every engagement starts with a scoping call and ends with a fixed price in writing.
